From being someone who until a while ago wasn’t really known to most of our cricket fans to being someone who’s pretty much dominating discussions and inviting a lot of attention as far as Indian Cricket’s imminent future is concerned, Saransh Jain is turning into a special story.
But first up the big or key question, just who is Saransh Jain? And why’s this relatively very new candidate as far as the men’s senior international side is concerned, making news?
To begin with, Saransh Jain was nearly 21 years old when he made his debut in the testing but impactful waters of Ranji Cricket back in the 2014-15 season. He made his debut for the Madhya Pradesh team in the domestic Ranji competition precisely on 21 December, 2014. Three years later, he would mark his List A debut as well, representing the Madhya Pradesh side in the decorated Vijay Hazare Trophy.
The Indore-born cricketer specialises as a right arm off spinner and is noted for tossing the ball up to the batters and for his clever variations.
A thinking and committed cricketer, it could be said that prime lesson in Saransh Jain’s life is one concerned with acting with patience and perseverance, as 12 years since his domestic debut in some of India’s most noted completions, here he is having finally made it to the men’s senior national team.

In the recently concluded India A game against Sri Lanka game held at Galle, Jain produced 70 vital runs with the bat in addition to taking 6 wickets with his specialised off spin talent.
