For over a decade now, Suresh Raina has been the backbone of his side’s batting line up in the high profile Indian Premier League. He has carved a niche for himself with his relentless consistency and his ability to rake in the runs in every edition of the marquee T20 tournament.

While the pugnacious power of Chris Gayle and the ethereal splendor of Virat Kohli send the crowd into raptures, this man has not got the credit that he deserves.

Yet, he has gone about his business in a serene manner, and piled on the runs.
