Even 192 proved to be short for India in the second semi-final of T20 World Cup 2016 against the T20 legends. Chasing 193, West Indies were crawling on 19/2 when  Lendl Simmons anchored the innings. He batted his team through the trouble and scored 82 off 51 runs to bring back the spark. Later Andre Russell finished the job but what Simmons did to throw India out the tournament is one of the heroics of India- West Indies fixture.
4. Evin Lewis, Lauderhill, 2016
India’s first T20I match in the USA saw the rampage of Evin Lewis when put to bat first. Lewis and Charles raced past 100 in the 8th over opening the Windies innings. Lewis then scored his maiden T20 century off 49 balls with five fours and nine sixes. He hit Stuart Binny for five consecutive sixes in the 11th over of the innings and brought 200 runs for his team within 15th over.

Once Rohit was gone, KL Rahul took the lead and went on to hit 12 fours and five maximums to score 51-ball 110. Although Dhoni’s dismissal in the last ball helped the Windies to record 1-run victory, Rahul’s show is still recalled.
