It all boils down to the final race of the 24-race-long FIA F1 2025 World Championship season. The winner takes all, pretty much. With Norris ahead of his closest rivals, Verstappen and Piastri, England, will hope that one of their own and among the finest young talents on the grid of the world’s twenty fastest men take the checkered flag. But then, never say never, and never, particularly speaking to a certain Max Verstappen. In what lies ahead Norris will be clearly aware that all he needs to do is to finish one the podium in order to take his first-ever Driver’s world title. But will it happen and will Max Verstappen, who returns to the venue of his maiden world title triumph make it any easy? It’s anybody’s guess. This isn’t just a race; the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix could well be a send off to pernicious statements often anointed to bring down capable drivers by critics who loathe and despise talents for its much to easy- isn’t it? On the other hand, it is a golden chance for the driver in his papaya-liveried team to ooze magic in a world title fight that has seen him shine with no fewer than 7 race wins. What a year it’s been for Lando Norris. But then, spare a thought for Oscar Piastri, currently P3 and with a very outside chance of running away with the world title. You have to feel for the talented and cool-headed Victorian born in Melbourne, Australia and perhaps this may be true with countless fans around the world. With so much in stake and so much to live for as fans, content creators, analysts and just, anyone who sees in F1 a way of life, the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is one last dance for Formula 1 with a year that’s fast slipping away. Under bright lights and the quintessential salubrious vibe of the Yas Marina island, the night safari is ready to seduce fans and drivers alike for one more time.
Where can the viewers in India watch the 2025 Abu Dhabi?
Now, having said the above, in order to see the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the season finale, and a truly unmistakable race, you will have two options. Firstly, there is an app that today needs little introduction, truth be told. An ever dependable brand name, where it comes to consistency and quality of streaming Formula 1, FanCode has become unmistakably important in the sporting landscape where it comes to the fastest form of MotorRacing in India. Then, there is F1 TV, the latter being the sport’s premier streaming app. Both of which, needless to say, require users in India, as with rest of the world, to purchase a plan.

Having said that, with 2 practice sessions done and 1 to before the commencement of the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix qualifying, here is the schedule for the last race of the season:

Who holds the advantage at the moment?

Lando Norris emerged the fastest driver of the day as he utterly dominated both of the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix free practice sessions, i.e., FP1 and FP2. In the former, he led from Max Verstappen by +0.008 seconds. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, who recently scored his 50th career podium, emerged third. He is yet to ever win the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
That said, in the latter free practice session, championship leader Lando Norris emerged the fastest, ahead of Verstappen, once again but with Mercedes’ George Russell in third. Kimi Antonelli, two time podium bagger in 2025 (his maiden season), would round up in fourth with Kick Sauber’s Nico Hulkenberg scoring a valiant fifth.
But that being said, with 408 points to his name in comparison to Max Verstappen’s 396, the championship, where it stands, is clearly the Briton’s to lose. He is 12 points adrift of the four-time Dutch driver, currently the defending champion. Meanwhile, Oscar Piastri, P3 on the Standings with 392 points, will hope for both of his closest rivals to DNF and for him to take the checkered flag at Abu Dhabi to win the last race of 2025, in what has been one heck of a season.
