Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) CEO Wasim Khan has said that the New Zealand government has warned his team. The New Zealand government has said that if Pakistani players break another protocol of Corona, they will send the team back to Pakistan. Please tell that 6 players of the Pakistan cricket team who went to New Zealand tour were found to be Corona positive.
Pakistan violates 3-4 SOP
Wasim Khan told Cricinfo that he spoke to the New Zealand government. Wasim said, “The New Zealand government reported that the Pakistani team violated the 3 to 4 Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). New Zealand has a zero-tolerance policy for this. They have given us the final warning. I know this is a difficult time for us. We faced a similar situation in England.
Wasim said, “It is not easy. For us, it is a question of respect for the country. I have instructed my players. I have told him to take care of himself for 14 days. After this you can come anywhere. New Zealand has told us clearly that if there is any mistake than our team will be sent home. It would be very humiliating.”
